Menopause and Women's HealthMenopause is a naturally occurring event in a woman’s life, for which many treatment options are available. Knowing which treatment options are available, proven integrative approaches, and ways to develop an individualized approach are key to treating menopause and reducing risks. Speakers

Deidre Arms, MSN, APRN, CNP, is a dedicated functional medicine nurse practitioner with a passion for holistic health and wellness. As co-founder of Desire Wellness Group, Deidre envisions a healthcare model that goes beyond traditional approaches, focusing on proactive and preventive measures. Deidre sees patients who want to deeply explore causes of imbalanced female hormones, menopausal symptoms, poor sleep, chronic fatigue, obesity, autoimmune disorders and so much more through personalized tools, individualized testing, education and lifestyle modification. Her goal is to empower individuals to take control of their health and achieve optimal well-being. Outside of her professional pursuits, Deidre works with Ohio AANP as a chapter lead and educates graduate students as an adjunct faculty member at Otterbein University.
