Anovia Health is an independent, non-affiliated primary care provider located in Wisconsin.  We practice physician-led team based, traditional primary care.  We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner who is a self-starter, can work independently but collaboratively, thrives in a patient centered environment who is committed to quality care and cost-effective treatment options.  Minimum 30 minute patient visits.
