Hearing on APRN Restraints Bill

This past Wednesday, February 26, 2014, Frederick's committee on Health Care Policy heard Rep. Riddle's legislation to help APRN's in mental health facilities with patient restraints. A copy of the legislation can be accessed by clicking on HB1779 below.
